Design

We create a detailed plan for the implementation of a specific solution to a traffic and transportation problem or challenge. It involves carefully analyzing the requirements and constraints of the problem at hand and then designing an effective solution that addresses those needs.

Consulting

We provide expert project management advice to traffic and transportations businesses. A company may hire a project management consultant if it lacks project management expertise or needs project management advice from an external, impartial party.

Support

We provides an administrative role in a traffic and transportation project environment. On small projects this role can be fulfilled by the Project Manager , but on large projects generally require a full Project Support Team.

An intelligent transportation system (ITS) is an advanced application that aims to provide innovative services relating to different modes of transport and traffic management and enable users to be better informed and make safer, more coordinated, and 'smarter' use of transport networks.

Intelligent transport systems vary in technologies applied, from basic management systems such as car navigation; traffic signal control systems; container management systems; variable message signs; automatic number plate recognition or speed cameras to monitor applications, such as security CCTV systems, and automatic incident detection or stopped vehicle detection systems; to more advanced applications that integrate live data and feedback from a number of other sources, such as parking guidance and information systems; weather information; bridge de-icing (US deicing) systems; and the like. Additionally, predictive techniques are being developed to allow advanced modelling and comparison with historical baseline data.

Fields of Intelligent Transportation Systems:

1. Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS)
ATMS use real-time data from a variety of sources, including traffic sensors and cameras, to monitor and manage traffic flow. This information is then used to optimize the flow of traffic, reduce congestion, and minimize delays.

2. Advanced Traveller Information Systems (ATIS)

APTS aim to improve the efficiency and reliability of public transport. This includes the use of real-time information to provide up-to-date information on the location and arrival times of buses and trains.

4. Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CAV)
Connected and autonomous vehicles are one of the most exciting developments in ITS. These vehicles use a range of advanced technologies, including GPS, sensors, and wireless communication, to allow vehicles to communicate with each other and with the wider transportation network.

5. Intelligent Freight Transport Systems (IFTS)
IFTS aim to improve the efficiency and sustainability of freight transport. This includes the use of real-time information to optimize the flow of goods, reduce congestion and minimize delays.
